Label rewinders
When processing from roll to roll, rewinding is a significant factor. Often, an operation or inspection is done between unwinding and winding up. It is very important that the rolls are evenly wound with the correct web tension and with straight sides. Both the winding and unwinding process can also be performed in fully automatic manner. Haak Machinebouw has in-house solutions for rewinding and automatic winding. Depending on the desired specifications (web tension, length and diameter of the rollers) we can offer a wide range of solutions.
Instead of putting many types and sizes of cut tubes in stock, more and more companies are deciding to purchase of a their own core cutter. When such a machine is not sufficiently automated, someone still has to stay in the vicinity to guide the process of cutting. However, there are now solutions available that exclude almost all human intervention by using a high degree of automation. Linking to the Management Information System is also possibility that companies can choose to use.
Label inspection
Inspecting roll labels can be done both horizontally and vertically. The rewinding tables or machines form the base for inspecting. They allow for the inspection of: the print quality (using a web viewer or a 100% inspection camera), the presence of labels and/or residues of the matrix (using special sensors), or a simple strobe . There are also solutions for transparent labels. The horizontal and vertical rewinders are manufactured completely in-house. Other solutions are prepared under license elsewhere and are dismantled by us and installed at the customer’s. We offer cameras and stroboscopes through our partner Deltapak.
Premixer
For the optimal pre-mixing of your product, we advise you to combine the mixer with peristaltic pump connection and spout.
The mixer with peristaltic pump is filled with pre-mixed product (mixer with spout) to ensure homogeneity.
