Label inspection

Inspecting roll labels can be done both horizontally and vertically. The rewinding tables or machines form the base for inspecting. They allow for the inspection of: the print quality (using a web viewer or a 100% inspection camera), the presence of labels and/or residues of the matrix (using special sensors), or a simple strobe . There are also solutions for transparent labels.

The horizontal and vertical rewinders are manufactured completely in-house. Other solutions are prepared under license elsewhere and are dismantled by us and installed at the customer’s. We offer cameras and stroboscopes through our partner Deltapak.
